• Progress Updates – Stay informed throughout the building process with regular communication and scheduled site visits as your home takes shape.
• New Home Walk-Through – Tour your completed home with the builder, review features, and address any final questions.
• Closing Day – Complete your mortgage closing, receive your keys, and move into your brand-new home.
