After decades of perfecting the craft and successfully building and selling hundreds of homes, Leonard DelGrippo Sr. passed the business on to his son, Leonard DelGrippo Jr. Having worked alongside his father from an early age, Leonard Jr. developed the same passion for homebuilding and a deep appreciation for the values that have defined the company for generations.
